For that you can take the organizer quiz and if you pass you become an organiser. All the information about the responsibility and duties of an organiser are given in the organiser guide in IBA GYANKOSH. As for the time, I can confirm at 4pm. As for meet-up point, I will need a little time because I am not too familiarised with the park as I only went there once to take a look. So I will go back to the park when I find the time and will update. I will most probably be getting Sieg Xcalibur. 1. Ir indian version as prize. I will only be getting a prize for first place, and will buy it when enough members are confirmed.
